Air source heat pumps
Air source heat pumps provide sustainable solutions for homeowners, landlords, commercial organisations and the public sector. Solar panels

Insulation
Insulation helps you retain valuable heat in winter and stay cool in summer. External wall insulation (EWI) and cavity wall insulation are very effective options.
EWI is a good solution for properties with solid walls. An insulating layer added to the outside of your building significantly reduces heat loss. There are many attractive finishes, so you can improve the appearance of your property too.
Alternatively, cavity wall insulation creates a barrier to help prevent heat loss. It fills the gap between the inner and outer walls of your property to improve energy efficiency.
Accreditations
Publicly available specifications (PAS). PAS 2030:2019 and PAS 2035:2019 provide clear guidelines for energy-efficiency and renewable energy installations in new and existing buildings. They include insulation and heating systems. PAS standards are reviewed and updated every two years to maintain best practices in the energy efficiency sector.
The Rendering Company is certified by the British Assessment Bureau to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly solutions for building energy efficiency.
TrustMark. The Rendering Company is recognised as a TrustMark registered business. This is the only government-recognised quality scheme for work carried out in and around the home.
GQA. The GQA is an awarding body for specialist sectors and occupational roles including construction. The Rendering Company holds the Level 3 GQA qualification for insulation and building treatments in construction.
Funding for property upgrades
The government offers a range of Help to Heat funding.
For example, you might be eligible for a home upgrade grant (HUG) if you meet certain conditions. As a Trustmark registered contractor The Rendering Company can work with you if you qualify.
We also work with local authorities to upgrade properties under the Local Authority Delivery (LAD) scheme.
The government also offers grants and schemes to support small businesses including loans and subsidies for energy saving measures.
